Click around there until you find an option to have ebay call you.

I am not sure of the business hours they are available to phone though.

How about returning and explaining your issue? We can probably either offer help or direct you to a place where you can obtain it.

That is not how customer service works.  You have to work to get answers to your problem, they are not handed to you on a silver tray.   Try google for whatever catastrophic situation has a befallen you.  Try the chat links.  Try ebay on facebook or twitter.  You can even post your issue here but you'll have to come back and put forth some effort to resolve it.
