Offer retraction

Recently had an offer for a product I was selling retracted before I could accept. The notice of retraction states I can find out the buyer's reason for retraction in the individual product's history, but I can not find this. Any suggestions or help on finding this " reason of retraction on the individual product's history?

The buyer no longer wants the item, the reason the buyer selected, will not be of any help to you.

IMO, the reason for the retraction is a moot point.  Take it, for what it is...And move on.
