Offer not working

I have tried sending offers on some items and the system keeps saying over and over:

 We couldn’t send 1 offer due to an unexpected error. Please try again later.

For what it's worth, I usually take those messages at face value. Try again later... it'll probably take. Good luck.

I haven't gotten that particular notice, but i have gotten one offer not sent, I try again later & it goes through, So just try again.

Is it just for that 1 item, or for every item @yesterdazed-newz ? Is there a difference sending offers one-by-one or sending multiple at a time?
