How do I proceed to sell two items after the auction is over. Also making a change for combined shipping. Thank you.

You need to relist those items to sell them. You can do both in one listing if you prefer.

You could make a new listing with the changes and tell your buyer when it's live. Set it for Buy it Now and IPR required. 🤞

The way I usually handle this is to relist the items (together if you want) and schedule the listing to go live at a specific time - then let the buyer know what that time is and send them a direct link to the listing. That way there's little chance someone else will scoop the item before your buyer, as long as they're paying attention.
