I sent an offer to a buyer and she wants to buy the item. When she clicks on buy in the offer, it shows the original price, not the lower offer price. Has anyone had a problem like this? What is the problem, and what did you do? I edited the price in the listing but I'd like to know why this happens. I may be losing sales because of this. Thanks much!

What type of offer? direct or 'randomly sent'; automated or not? When was it sent? when was it 'accepted? Buyer has to 'pay' while it's still active.

I don't know of the problem, but can your buyer counteroffer with the price you had in mind?

It was an offer from the list of items that are being watched. Not automated. It was sent one day and she tried to accept it the next day. I edited the price on the listing and she purchased it but I wonder if other potential buyers are not getting the offer price. Thanks for your response.

I did not think of that. I changed the price on the listing to the offer price and she purchased it. Thanks for your response.

For SIO (seller initiated offers), the buyer needs to pay for the item if they're agreeable to the price you sent in the offer. Several "watchers" may have received that offer and the listing stays active until someone pays for it.
