Odd wrong address

I haven't seen this one before. Buyer's address on ebay is

john doe

123 main street

acme supermarkets

pittsburgh PA  (zip code)

My understanding is the company name has to be the 2nd line in the address if there is one, same with an apartment number or suite or whatever. 3rd line is the street address, followed by the city/state/zip.

I use pirateship, the company name didn't import into their system so I didn't ship it C/O acme supermarkets. It was delivered there last week but they never got it to the buyer and returned it to me by USPS yesterday. 

HTH do I handle this?

You can rearrange the company name.  That doesn't mess with your seller protection.  You are still shipping it to the address the buyer stated.  I too would likely move it up and say c/o Acme Supermarkets.
