How can a seller who lives in a state next door to me create a USPS label with a delivery time over one month from the day I purchased it.  The item hasn’t been scanned yet and the seller won’t answer my message about the delay.

What is the eBay listing number? We can't see what you bought.

Sellers can have a 30 day handling time......which could be for a preorder.......or underhanded means of shipping from overseas........

Does the estimated delivery time actually say one month or has it been over one month and the seller hasn't shipped the item yet? The estimated delivery time could've been less and you missed the chance to get a refund through the moneyback guarantee. If the seller doesn't answer that's a red flag and I would've immediately filed a "item not received" case against the seller if a label was created but no tracking was scanned for weeks.

So open an Item Not Received case and get a refund.... easy peasy. That's what the MBG is for.
