Can somebody please
tell me what is going on
My account no longer appears as mine and a new account has no history is on my phone shows a new name and empty categories?
an item that was shipped and delivered also was deemed not received and eBay refund the buyer I was never notified by either party?
I’m concerned as well as confused
any answers

Can you log into the account? Before you do anything, change your password if you can. Your account may be been hacked and taken over. You need to contact eBay. Are those your listings under the name "alansarchives"? I see listings.

I would reach out to the techs at ebay on facebook. Send them a message and have them tell you exactly what to do. It may take a day or so to get back to you but they most certainly will.

The account you are posting here with was registered in 2002 and has 821 feedback.
It sounds like you may have signed in to a different eBay account on your phone. You may have inadvertently created a new eBay account by signing in using a social media account not already linked to an existing eBay account. Make a note of the account username, then sign out of the new account and try signing in to your original account using your ericasundies username and password.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
