How do I get feedback removed that is over 1 year old? It's bad enough that I had to stare at this no reason feedback for over 1 year (cruel & unusual punishment), PLEASE remove it now, there is no reason to keep it running! bubba

Hi, while feedback has its place, it is not worth losing sleep over. It is subjective and arbitrary, which is why it no longer counts towards a seller’s performance stats. Fewer people are leaving it.
In fact, the main importance feedback holds is in showing a seller’s reply to a neg or neutral rating. That piece of eBay real estate—the seller’s follow-up comment—can make or break him, so to speak. Buyers are hyper aware of how a seller responds to a buyer issue.
A well-thought out reply can utterly disarm a poor rating. Or conversely, a seller’s comment that is blaming, defensive, or angry, for example, can immediately lose the business of a prospective buyer. So negative or neutral scores are an opportunity to show off one’s customer service skills. That is what future buyers look for when consulting feedback.

At this point I suspect you will need to contact eBay and prove that the feedback violate policy and qualifies for removal.
When I look at your feedback and view a full page of 200 feedback, I do not see any negatives. Nor do you show any negatives in your feedback numbers - because you are at 100% and you have no negatives in the past year.
Buyers who would go back over a year hunting for a negative are not the sort of buyers I would want anyway.
So I guess I would question the cost effectiveness of bothering with this at all.

Your 12-month feedback shows one neutral from in the last year, which is all they are going to see. I did take time to scroll through all 7 pages and no red to be seen and 100% for the last year. Neutrals are not removable, and in the scheme of things, are no big deal to buyers as long as they see that 100%. Besides it should drop off what people see shortly anyway.
Do you have another account or are you being sarcastic?

All you have to do is click on the number to see the neutral left.
Not qualified for removal.
Not going to hurt the OP sales: Waist of time for folks to get rid of such: its old and most will ignore it.

If you understand the feedback system and it is working correctly, the neutral feedback is as stated, "in the past year". All feedback shown is a 12-month running total and is gone at one year. It cannot be over a year old and still visible on the header.

Lol, seriously Bubba? All the rotten things going on in the world and this is what's bugging you? It's nothing, you have great stats nobody is going to pay attention to that buyers opinion.

The feedback is a "NEUTRAL" not a negative.

I am "sarcastic" is there any other questions? bubba

"It's old and "most" will ignore it", It would be better if all ignored it.

Well, it's been a year and a day and it's still there.
05-25-2022 02:21 PM
My neutral is still there, and it's been over one year and it's still visible.
05-25-2022 02:23 PM
Wanna bet, it's still there and it's been 1 year and 1 day.
05-25-2022 02:24 PM
It's not bugging me at all I just was wondering when it will go away when it's been a year and a day.
