Number of items to ship - App vs Website are different

The App says I have 8 items to ship, the website on desktop says 7.   

The truth is I have 8 items & 7 orders.  Why on earth, when eBay is trying to create a Unified Listing tool, can they not do something a simple as synching how the app & the website count sales?   

No answers required, it's a rhetorical question.  But this kind of stuff makes me crazy LOL.  I don't need my listing tool to look like a phone app b/c I don't list on a phone app (like most sellers), but it IS very confusing when the app & website can't match the number of pkgs I have to ship.

I agree with you.  Ebay is obviously not worried about because they will just blame the seller.  Just like is stated in the user agreement. Ebay is not responsible for any glitch.

Items listings, and transactions are all different things so different numbers can appear in different places. But if they are showing the same count in two places and getting it wrong, that's definitely a bug.

I totally get that.  But yeah, they both showed as my number to ship.
