I was not notified of my last two sales and therefore shipment was delayed. I checked my notification preferences and all what checked. Anyone else have this issue?

As far as I know I'm still receiving all notifications as usual. To be honest, I might not notice if they stopped. I go to seller hub first thing in the AM 365 days a year to record my previous days sales. So, If I have any sales, I see them right at that moment.

I always receive the notification, but sometimes it's way after the sale.
I also always check sales via seller hub. I never depend on notifications from eBay.

NEVER depend on emails for notifications........ too many things can go wrong with email......
If you don't check Seller Hub for sales at least once a day........you WILL get into trouble.

Having same issue with my last 2 sales and have checked preferences and all is fine there. I, too had a very late shipment but now I check every morning.

The one thing I've learned about the internet is to NEVER depend on emails. Not just Ebay emails, ANY emails.
Emails get delayed by minutes...days...weeks...or may never show up. Yes, it happens. Email is not very dependable. There are many "moving parts" to the email process, and if any one is delayed or not working properly, you may never get the email.
If you sell here - or anywhere for that matter- you need to check your seller dash at least once a day

I am with everyone else, I rely on Seller Hub to check sales everyday. Even if every notification was received in a timely fashion, I would overlook some of the notifications

Likewise. I noticed that the notification bell in the upper right corner of my selling pages is no longer reliable, as of maybe 2-3 months ago. In the past, it would flag a new sale immediately; now that's no longer the case. Just to be sure I haven't missed anything, I check my Sold Items page regularly.
I can still count on my email notifications to arrive promptly. At least those haven't stopped working reliably; knock on wood...
