I am used to receiving emails from ebay alerting me that an item has been sold I think normally saying a payment has been sent to me. In recent days I have sold 3 items and never received any type of email from ebay - I just noticed they were no longer in my active list. A few weeks ago I changed from getting payments sent to my pay pal account, to payment directly to my bank account, so I suspect that changed something. I have looked and looked and can't find any tab that would activate / de-activate this email advisement - help or advice requested?

OK - I just stumbled upon "communication preferences" and when I went there I found about 15 items related to selling where checked for me to receive notifications, but not the two at the top of the list related to advising when an item has been sold - I "checked" those two and hopefully that will take care of the problem. No idea why these were not auto filled in when I switched from pay pal payments to direct to bank payments?

thanks for response - but that requires me going to sellers page - my issue was not receiving emails alerting me an item had been sold -but I think I just found the issue - see my 2nd post

If that didn't work download the eBay app and sign in, I get a cha ching every time there is a sale.

Hi there...I've been experiencing the same thing recently. Like you, I do everything on my computer, not my phone.
I have always received emails titled "Your item has Sold: (followed by Item title)". They are easy to spot in my Inbox. Now, instead, I'm receiving emails titled "Here's a shipping label for your sold item"....NO initial email informing me that I have sold an item. Very annoying.
I see "Communications Preferences" for Selling Activity, but of the 16 in the list, none of them advise when an item has been sold. The two at the top of my list are "Item did not sell" and "Listing confirmed". This is under Account>Account Preferences>Communication Preferences.
Should I be looking elsewhere?

I switched six selling accounts to MP back in November, and the settings for all of those accounts carried over just fine.
