Note to all Sellers

This is just a little suggestion to all Sellers out here on Ebay or any other purchasing website. When you place the details of your product, Kindly remeber to add in your description all things needed for the product to work properly. If your product takes Batteries and you are not supplying the first set of batteries with the product. PLEASE put in the description what types of batteries the product takes to work properly. Example - If your product takes Triple A Battiers - add in that the batteries need to be eith Alkaline or Zinc. Some of us so called idiots will automatically assume that we can just go purchase any kind of batteries and the product will work. Bam walla and be done. Seems not the case. Also be kind and add in a little extra description of any other items the product may need to work properly. Like bulbs, umm led replacements, or other items. As a just incase the get screwed up in transet from you to the buyer. At least give people the heads up. Some of us live on very limited income and have to save up to make purchases. When we do make those purchases and we do not have the proper information right off. We feel screwed and have to struggle to make the product work properly for us. So be considerate to your potential customers and let them have any and all details up front. So they can be satisfied with your purchase and feel confortable coming back to you for more purchases. Okey just a suggestion........ Have a great Ebay Day

Sarcasm not appreciate - go shop on any other site and the information is available either on the listing or on the box.  Sellers have a responsibility to make sure their listings contain all the information needed.

While that is true - this is ebay.  Where the buyers don't have to comprehend the word NOT and can snad a seller AND WIN if they see something mentioned in the description and it is not included with the item and is stated as such in the listing.   If a buyer needs to know something before purchase, that is what the ask a question link is for.

One of my best friends is Mensa and the stereotype about absent minded professors is so true.  But the American branch of Mensa was established though the efforts of a woman.

Re: Note to all Sellers

I have a suggestion, too.

When you are looking at items to buy on eBay, research that item thouroughly OFF eBay so you KNOW what you are buying.  This street goes both way.

ebuycdn -- I was told this in response when i asked why the product was not working properly.. -- "" you need to confirm that the battery is sufficient charge. And it can't use the alkaline battery, need to use the carbon-zinc battery.""

Oh good grief......ever hear of a google search?  Instead of expecting sellers to hold your hand, do a simple google search. And that listing clearly stated what kind of batteries were needed. If someone needs it broken down further than that they probably shouldn't be buying that item. At least not on ebay. Buy it at a brick and mortar store where you can ask the salesman questions.

It appears you've never done a simple google search only to get dozens of non-related topics...

If you are selling something you are THE SALESMAN...regardless of online of B&M store
