Supplements from Sri Lanka may not be very popular here in the US or anywhere else.  And who knows how they are manufactured or packaged? Most of the benefits are unfounded and false.

I wouldn't purchase them and my guess is others probably won't either.

I would sell something else.  Posting you have no sales here in this forum. isn't going to get them sold any faster.

Good luck.

The vegans I know are very particular about what they put in their bodies.   If you want to sell to US buyers there are far more carnivores here so try selling prime beef or chicken breast.

Just because you list it does not mean it will sell. One listing will get very little attention for an item like that.

Listing something on eBay is no guarantee it will sell quickly…or ever. One of my recent sales had benn listed on eBay for over 5 months.  Just remember to check your listing every day in case it sells and eBay doesn’t notify you.

Lower the price and include some unique coconut shell items.

You have one listing for a package of Moringa powder in one size (200g) with a shipping charge.

Most of your competition uses a variation listing that allows the user to choose the amount that has free shipping.

This means their listing shows up first when sorted by price - because they list the smallest quantity first which is only a few dollars. All of this means it is easy for buyers to find those listings and compare prices.

A buyer who wants to know how your listing compares to others needs to get out a calculator and do math.

What makes you think customers haven't seen it yet?

And food/supplements from Sri Lanka aren't going to be an easy sell on eBay.
