There was an earlier thread that expired and has since been closed. I'm trying to keep this conversation live so a programmer looks into it. Items sold notification in Communication Preferences is on. Spam folder has been checked. No email is coming in.
So far, I've been lucky two items sold and I caught it within a day. It's a ROYAL PAIN! I have 30-40 items and there are so many messages come in when items relist, it's impossible to track and now that I'm not being notified, it's just bad for business.
Ebay, fix this please. All the boxes on my end, other users has been checked. Something's off.

If you feel this is an Ebay issue, then you should post your issue on the Technical board instead of the selling board.
One thing you should check before doing that is your site preferences to make sure that all the things you want emails on are properly checked.
You can report your post above and ask the monitors to move this thread to the technical board if that is easier for you.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service.

If when you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant, type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options.

I had the same problem. The only way I knew something was sold and I was late to ship it was when I was looking for something to purchase. I have also missed questions from potential buyers.
I've always had a 100% rating and I'd like to keep it that way.

Never rely on email notifications of a sale or message from eBay. Always check your seller hub frequently for sales and messages from buyers when you have active listings.
