My experience here is that not every hoop needs to be jumped through.

I agree, however I don't see them as "hoops", I see them as options, as that is what they are. Tools that work for some, not for others. Personally I like options. I'd like to have more of them here on a variety of subjects.

Not getting views I used to
There are LOTS of things i'm not getting as much of as I used to.
I thought that was normal. 😉

Times, they are a changing for sure and you have to keep up with the changes if you want your items to be seen. Just looking quickly over your items, they seem to be too dark to entice anyone. Honestly, I would go right past them. They need a plain white background to showcase them. Pictures today have to be pristine, uncluttered and brighter to draw the customer in.
I also use my social media accounts to bring attention to my items. I'm not a fan of pay per clicks on Google, so I get creative with my social media accounts, where I have a following that knows what I sell and where they can find them. Every day, I put one of my products on my facebook page, with a link directly to the item. It does help.
That's all I got for you but there are some other great suggestions in here. Good luck to you and I hope that your sales pick up.

Rather than chasing views or watchers try working on getting sales $ - maybe you you don't have the rights things, for the right buyer, at the right time at right price..
There are only 100,000,000+ Collectables listings on eBay - they are every where. hard to catch a fish withe so may fisher persons

Starting on page 24, through to the last page, all items collectively have had zero views in past thirty days.
Are you looking at your Active Listings page with Manage Active Listings set to Time Left.
I find in my (also slow moving) category that Newly Listed and About To Close items are the ones with the most Views.
You recall that we now only see Views made in the last 30 days, right?
It one of my listings didn't get views on Days One through Three of listing - and that included the relisting of Store items- then they may get them in Days 28-30.
Views and Watchers aside.
Do you have a dropoff in number of sales? Do you have a dropoff in value of sales?
Our Store items will get less viewing through Best Match in the middle of the 30 day posting. And Best Match is the default Search.
About to Close and Newly Listed get a tiny boost in Best Match.
