In the last week I've had two buyers ask for cancellations. One item was for like $180 shipped and I cancelled and refund the order, but Ebay hasn't refunded my FVF fees on both orders.
Between the two orders it was like $45 in fees.
If this is the situation, I'm going to start charging a 20% fee for any cancellation, since I'm not going to eat this amount for nothing.
Also, this managed payment thing is absolutely terrible. You can't even see when you've been credited for an order, but maybe Ebay wanted it that way to pocket some more cash.
