Not getting Recommended pricing when creating a listing

I have been selling women's tops on Ebay for years.  I have always created them through the app on my Iphone.  Today when I tried to list there were no suggested starting prices for auctions or suggested Buy It Now prices.  What happened???  Help!!

@linbys   I am of the mind that Sellers should do their own research on how to price their items ... I seem to recall a few times eBay suggested some pricing but its been a while and I recall that I ignored it ... I am not interested in driving prices down ...

Thank you.  I list many different tops at a time.  Too cumbersome to research every single top.  I rely on Ebay to give me a ballpark place to start.

You are more than welcome @linbys  ... I just recall that eBay's prices were lower then what I would offer something for ... glad you are using their numbers as just a ball park.  I don't sell in the categories you do but I can imagine yours are a challenge ...

I have  never relied on eBay and their recommendations.  They want auctions to start at 99¢ and they want us to use free shipping.  I'm not here to lose money.  Start the  price at what you want to make.

Same problem here....would love to know the solution! Helps when you have a ton to list.

HI!   Other sites I use do that always & I never use there suggestions.  if the prices you pick are selling fast then higher then & if not selling then lower them💙💛

Same issue here, just spent the weekend not listing because of it. I would like to think a company would at least own up to shutting down a feature like this. There is still an explanation while choosing the price that says where their price suggestions come from. I see a lot of random posts in the forums talking about the same thing. Some in the apple app, some in Samsung. Ultimately eBay has shut off this feature. I’d just like to know if it is permanent so I can shut down shop and move on. Or wait it out.
