The title is so vague it looks like you are hiding behind an Ebay listing violation policy.  Is whatever type gun part you're listing even allowed ?

Hi, its a magazine (legal) I am just not sure which one it goes too.

Your magazine may be legal HERE.  However, ebay is used by many in many different countries and there are a number of countries that have strict regulations about pieces and parts and some even have strict bans.   Soooooo, if it is illegal somewhere that ebay is available, it may well have been taken down because of that.

And, while others may be listed, and eventually sell, there is nothing to say that ebay won't 'cancel' the sale 'due to a problem'.

7 round is the capacity - as in the OP's listing title.

And he listed the 3 calibers he thinks it is .. none of those are automatic.

But I believe some states/cities have a 5 round limit, like NYC, for rifles and shotguns. The calibers he listed area all rifle rounds.

How about rewording the listing to: "Magazine For Sale, 7 Round Metal free shipping" Leave out the measurements and clearly state it's a periodical that's for sale.

It is not a periodical.  Doing as you suggest would make it clear that the seller knows his listing may be against policy and is trying to circumvent said policy by lying about the item.
