i can't list new items.whenever i trying to list any, it appear as i have selling limits. Although i haven't crossed my selling limits.i have still enough limits in my id in both manner amount and quantity.

Have you signed up to managed payments and provided all the documents and proof of id's required?

I'm having the same issue, no where near my selling limits but can't add any new items or edit an item.
