Not able to do KYC verification

I wanted to list items on eBay, but I am not able to do that because I am getting an error stating that I need to upload the documents like GSTIN & IEC. I have uploaded all the documents, but they keep on asking me to update the same. Actually, I have recently changed my Payoneer Account so they are saying that my documents not matching with the PAN Card which was earlier. I need the help for completing verification of my email account please help me with this. eBay ID aarttijewels

Try to change it back.  You broke the verification chain by changing your Payoneer account.

What would I do that? Do I de link the Payoneer Account In which the verification is incomplete. So after delinking again, re-linked the Payoneer account. Will that resolve the verification issue.

You have not sold in over 6 months.

You then changed your Payoneer Account. 

You should contact Payoneer to see if your account is still active.

I see you have listings up. You may want to remove them until you get your account fixed so you can get paid.

If you are able to fix your Payoneer account, then relist. 

The only 2 Feedback you have are not good, I would start with Payoneer.

I have already contacted Payoneer account which is completely verified and active. The whole issue is on eBay because they are asking me the documents to upload which I did it many times and keep me frustrating as not able to list new items so please give me any solution

If the documents are already associated with a different Payoneer account perhaps they can't be applied to another?   Why did you change it in the first place?

The documents which are in Payoneer Account are the same documents I have uploaded or emailed to the Ebay.

Why did you change it in the first place?  What was the reason? 

It may be considered a compromised account.  It's not just a link between eBay and Payoneer, there is also a link for taxation purposes to the government of India.

Earlier I have different Payoneer account with different name now I have closed this company and opened a new proprietor ship account so I opened. New Payoneer account link with eBay I did it also

But eBay asking for documents to send O did too but still not my account verified.
