I am based in Canada but sell in the USA as well on eBay Motors.
I am unable to make a new policy for shipping to USA and Canada under business policies > Shipping
I have also tried to revise my current policy and when I checkmark CANADA as an option, it states it will update 58 listings and I click OK. Then when I go back into my shipping options, Canada has been deselected. I try and search for my items in eBay.ca and they can not be found. I am using my own shipping option, Specify your own freight shipping options in your item description. I have attached a picture of not being allowed to select Canada when making a new policy.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening, or a way to correct this?
