If an offer is made on an item I have for sale, I do not recive notification!
I have lost two sales in the last week or so due to this problem. The offers only come to my notice when the 10 day posting expires and all the items that need re-posting, together with the expired offer, arrives by email.
I generally work from desktop pc. I have email access on phone, but no App (not enough free memory) so thats not an option!
Ebay Help said to go into settings and check! Done that, nothing specific I can see. I receive 'relist items' and 'successfully relisted' emails for all items, but no Offers!
I would realy appreciate any help.
