Buyer called me, asked about I had clearly stated my van had a accident been in a bump but repaired & was roadworthy had passed 5 years mots since. He was happy to purchase my van & did, later after Auction said (Wasn't going to buy it now but would pay all my fees) he further stated (After the Auction he HPI the van ) and it was cat c, I clearly put in the Auction it had been bumped and repaired & I clearly stated HPI the Vehicle come and see it  to him before the end of the Auction) he agreed to come do that but then sent was busy but would bid anyway) Now he sent later after Auction * He would pay all fees was sorry) then later sent....Contacted ebay he doesant have to pay anything.....
