None of my listings are showing picture magnification.

Sometimes I get magnification when it's a new listing but if the pictures have been up for more than a day there is no magnification. Most other dealers listings show magnification when I use the same computer and internet connection. Sometimes I dee the same problem with other dealers listings. Is this a browser problem or an eBay problem?

I have been having some trouble with the photo editor myself, I need to constantly re do some photos because I lose magnification, or photo turns upside down, or lose contrast, I mentioned it here before but I got nowhere, I am very sure it's an ebay problem.
