Given the products you're selling (silver coins), I'd say it's possible that your deadbeat bidders are spraying bids across multiple listings for products such as yours, then buying whichever one(s) they win at the lowest price and ignoring all the others. If you log out of your account, then look at the Bid History page of your auctions, you can click on the disguised bidder IDs to see a 30-day history of their bidding activity.

After 4 days from end of auction, you can cancel the sale using the reason of Buyer Did Not Pay. That reason does not appear as a cancellation option until the buyer's 4-day payment window has expired, so wait for it to appear.

Two or more seller-reported Unpaid slaps on their account within the past 12 months and they can be blocked from bidding on your auctions. A block of 2 or more Unpaids in the past 12 months is the tightest restriction you can impose:
