You will need to go to Etsy's website to get information about their site.
As for Ebay, are you planning to do just a portion of your sales for charity or are you a legit 501c and want to set your account as a charity?

I don't know whether non-profit organizations have any different requirements or benefits from selling on eBay.
I suggest regular reading of posts in these community forums, especially this one, Selling. Also Shipping, Payments, and Returns can be beneficial for you. These forums allow interaction among posters.
Under the Community Info heading, Ask A Mentor can give you good accurate answers. Only "eBay Mentors" can respond to your questions in that forum, however.

They do if they want their account to be for a Charity. They have both more requirements and they do have benefits us regular sellers do not.
Many mentors are here in the forums too. While the Ask a Mentor Board is a great place to go, there is nothing wrong with posting their issues or questions here.
