EBAY ... YOU NOW CANCEL THE NON PAYERS ?  ... THIS DOES NOTHING TO STOP THEM ... I CAN PUT IN 100 SEE IF SOMEONE IS DUMD ENOUGH TO SHIP ( BECAUSE I HAVE 100% POSITIVE ) AND GET AWAY WITH IT ... YOU ARE TYING  OUR HANDS ...  I HAVE A BUYER THAT HAS 120 POSITIVE AND EVERY OTHER ONE SAY A NO PAYER ...  TELL ME WHAT TO DO ...  I SO WISH THE CEO COULD READ THIS WHEN YOUR BUSINESS GO'S IN THE TRASH ..  " YOU ARE WRONG " , THERE IS NOTHING TO STOP THEM  ... NOW I HAVE TO READ ALL THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK BECAUSE THERE IS NO NEGATIVE ... THATS 50 AUCTIONS A WEEK ... EVERYTHING YOU CHANGE IS SO FOR YOUR POCKETBOOK  ... YOU FIGURE MORE BUSINESS WHEN ITS GOING TO CAUSE LESS  ...  MAKE THESE NON PAYERS EARN THERE WAY BACK IN ...

You can set your Buyer Requirements to block any bidder or buyer that has two or more unpaid item cancellations in the last twelve months.

If other sellers actually cancel those transactions for being unpaid rather than leaving false positives, you should be able to automatically block those non-buyers from bidding or purchasing your items.

If the sellers would stop giving these nitwits positive feedback and instead open and close an Unpaid Item case, they would be blocked sooner by any seller with the appropriate blocks set.

Had a few of those sellers actually followed protocol, and had you had your settings set up to block unpaid item strikes, you wouldn't have this issue.

Harp at sellers to follow protocol, don't harp at eBay for them offering tools that go unused.
