No views, just dashes.

Anyone else have this issue? All my views are gone, just shows dashes.

Yes, been happening for over a week.   Now, this morning it appears, for this moment, its working, but views have dropped to essentially nothing.   

One item I have has 2 watchers with ONE view.  Yeah, that makes sense.

I've been experiencing this on and off for about 3 days.  Refresh in a few minutes, views are back, refresh again, blip - they're gone.

This has been going on all week. Not only are the counters not registering, I have had no sales and no watchers. It's the worst week I have ever seen here on ebay.

I thought it was because my listings have the "illegal" 14 day warranty.  Not true?  This is also the only month I have gone without a single sale.  Terrible.

For 3 weeks now my views and watcher numbers have not changed. Two days ago I called CS about this and asked why these numbers are not changing and why NO SALES. I got a great answer from that gentleman, "We are not doing anything, but it could be the time of the year". That is exactly what I expected from eBay CS. 

3 small sales in 7 days for less than $30. eBay has become a mess and it is getting worse. Glitch after Glitch.

I can't find some of my stuff in search either  . Views are at zero the last few days . If they don't get it together   they will begin losing sellers and the buyers will fade as well.  Tulips

Not true. 

Basically, when the website coding puts together your My eBay page or your Seller Hub page or whatever you're using to view your listing data, the call to obtain the view count for each listing either fails or is too slow in returning, so the website coding doesn't wait around for it, and puts up a zero or a hyphen placeholder instead.

Doing a Refresh (press F5) once or twice forces it to try again, and it may have better luck gathering its statistics on the next go-round. Or not. For example, just now I saw hyphens on two of my listings and zeros on the rest (including two that actually have bids right now). So, whatever...

Hi @quadcitypickers we are working on these issues currently and will get a solution in place as soon as possible. I want to clarify that the view/watcher count this is a display issue and this is not affecting the data used to calculate your impressions. We apologize for the trouble and will be sure to add your username to our list of impacted users.

I noticed in chrome if you hit refresh on the page you will see views/watchers (sometimes). 

It may have to do with cache.

Select UserName from Users where ActiveListingCount > 0

I seriously doubt there's a list....CS reps just say there's a list because it makes people feel Better.
