No traffic reports! Why?

I recently downgraded to a Starter store.  Did the traffic reports go away with the downgrade or is there a bug?

They may be available through the Manage My Store link in the Seller Hub.

No. That link returns me to Manage Store page. Any endless loop!

I've got the Premium Store subscription and I'm having the same problem.  It's not just the Traffic Reports link, it's a few of the others as well.

No page view info, no traffic reports, no promoted listings data. It's becoming pretty obvious that ebay is trying to hide the fact that there are very few buyers here.
