No traffic, no sales, no offers to send or accept

I have had barely any traffic, no sales, no offers to send or accept. Anyone else struggling? I have a store with promotions and I have promoted every item. I am so confused what to do. I have emailed ebay and they have refreshed my store many times. Seems to work for a day and then back to the same issues. I pay lots of money for my store subscription. I list fairly well. Have over 600 items. Somebody please help.

Hi there! Ok so a couple small things you should change to see if it helps. Ebay puts the listings that ACCEPT RETURNS before ones that do not. Also be sure to fill out as much as possible within your listings such as UPC, What country the item is manufactured in...etc. 

I'm not sure if you do the following or not but figured I would mention it either way. When you list an item, go find one similar and choose "Sell one like this" instead of starting from scratch. I hope this helps!

You can refresh your store yourself just select all listings and hit edit but don't change anything then submit. I edit all my promoted listings in one go changing between 1 and 2% three times a week and my sales are really good. I also find multi buy promotion works sold 5 this morning to one buyer buy 3 get $8 off. Try plain white back ground for all your pics.

I feel that something's off with sales right now for sure - I have listed some amazing things and only ONE VIEW worldwide ??  I have been selling since 1998 and it's strange, also not happy with the new payment system since I have 3 sales paid, yet haven't received ANY money in my bank account - always with big changes comes issues.

It has been very slow for the last couple of months although I seem to be doing somewhat  better on a few other forums I sell on. I am not sure if it's eBay particularly. A lot of the slowness can be attributed to the economic situation, what may be another wave of COVID and the election outcome.

It has been slow on my end also but I think it's because of the economy also. People are afraid to spend money that is needed for their families. Things will pick up so don't get discouraged.

Describe more about your items to the buyers and tell them what are the important factors to buy your items. And also use auction style items to get more traffic to your items

I suspect most sellers have seen a decline in sales since the pandemic  came about .  For some reason  I've never done as well here as I have on other selling  venues .  I checked some of your listings  and you do seem to have a good variety  of items   new and pre owned .  The holidays are coming  and most sellers see an increase in sales  during that time .  I think your new toys  especially  may start  do well  soon .  Tulips

Same here, I am top rated plus, promote everything and price competitively. Normally do 2-3K a month and have made almost nothing the last 2 weeks. Up until recently I was having the best year I have ever had on e bay. Selling Antique maps, prints and engravings.
