What has happened to ebay? It wasn't that long ago I could leave negative feedback for non-payment, now you get a runaround saying you can ONLY leave good feedback. Deadbeats get NO PENALTY?! THIS SITE MUST NOW BE RUN BY THE WOKE! SAD... (Member since 1996, but not much longer)

Sellers have not been able to leave buyers negative feedback since 2008.
Open UPI within 5 days if you don't have it set up automatically for non paying buyers, if auto set up eBay cancels for you and either way you receive your FVF back and the buyer gets a strike.
Two or more strikes blocks the buyer from purchasing/bidding off any seller who has their blocked buyer restrictions in place.
I have been imported from Australia and this is my posting ID

Sellers have not been able to leave negatives for buyers - for any reason - for 13 years. Whether that was "not very long ago" would be a subjective opinion, I guess.
Deadbeats get NO PENALTY
Non-paying buyers get nonpayment strikes just as they always have.
THIS SITE MUST NOW BE RUN BY THE WOKE! SAD...
The unpaid item process was changed recently to have few steps and to reduce the time it takes to close a case and relist the item by one-third. I have no idea if that qualifies as 'woke" or not, but some sellers find it to be an improvement.

As others have said, since 2008 your choice is to leave no feedback for a buyer or a positive feedback.
If you have not noticed this in 13 years, that has to mean you've had satisfactory transactions during all that time. Seems a shame to leave just because one transaction finally went awry.

What in the world does 'woke' have anything to do with this? Do you understand the meaning of the term?
Two months ago you were equally upset when you found out that Ebay charges 10% Final value fees and announced that you were going back to Craigslist although you are still listing here. Expressing outrage over everything you discover and dont agree with is a little premature. You should at least find out more about it such as how long it has been this way before getting all upset and threatening to leave (again).
