I have 250 listings on average every day, but for the past three weeks, my sales went to zero. I almost lost my Top Seller status because of required 100 sales within 12 months, which was never an issue before. I am very concerned.

I have had a few sales but it has been almost dead, especially since this is the best time for selling on ebay. But don't worry soon one of the people answering you will tell you what the problem is and all the things you can do to solve it, plus how they are doing so wonderful. I truly believe that they are employeed by ebay.

I am not employed by ebay.
Last month or 2 have been good to me, could be better, but i have no complaints.
What i would offer to do is refresh your listings by ending and Seling similar - this will remove all information connected to the listing and eBay will treat your listing as a new listing. Try this and your sales should get back to normal.
After eBay updated/messed with categories allot of listings got thrown into the memory hole, they get few views and no buys.

I did lose this status after eBay assured me I would not due to family hardships. I am finding greener pastures to sell without difficulty.
Do not fret or be concerned. When I choose to list on eBay again, I will list items only in demand that I have no money into until my level gets on track. My LONG loyalty to eBay is forever damaged because they did not keep their word to me. They will only be a tool for me in the future. The have a HUGE bridge to mend, with me for any loyalty in the future.

You can have my sales. They are all from hijacked accounts using stolen payment information.

"I truly believe that they are employeed by ebay."
Not me.
Some sellers have good success here.
You are lucky these folks volunteer their personal time to help.

My sales essentially stopped on 12/1 then they started back up slowly. I never expected much to sell here but like a roller coaster there have been a lot of ups and downs since 2011. I sell 90% of my products at live events now at parking lots that I own. I have downsized my store effective February 1st. I put the order in ten days ago and that's the date it takes effect.

That used to work ...It no longer does.

” I truly believe that they are employeed by ebay.”
And you must be a plant from Amazon.

Selling similar is what I do, not Relist. This "trick" doesn`t really work despite some Youtubers who want more views rave about it.

I have about the same amount of listings as you.
I've had the usual ups and downs.
Starting Thanksgiving weekend sales went through the roof.
They've been good ever since.
I'm up 30% over the past 90 days.

Follow the advice given here re: sell similar.
A quick look at your items and I don't see many items likely to end up under a Christmas tree so that could be a part of the issue.

Collectors of different things were my main target, so I guess the economy is really bad and even collectors watching their money.
Of course, ebay messed up many things. For example, airplane postcards were moved by ebay to Topographical category, which is insane. I had to redo all listings to correct the mess. However, specifics (and search) are messed up really bad. For example, I was listing Byredo (brand) Young Rose (name of the fragrance) Eau de Parfum Sample .06 fl oz (volume)- from the title. And ebay insisted that the brand was Pink, added a color Pink (despite no color was mentioned in my title, and the real color is White), volume 2 fl oz, and name of the fragrance Rose. Nonsense! So, if ebay "thinks" that wrong when listing, it sure shows wrong item when buyers. Broken algorithms.
Selling similar does not work, that is exactly what I do.

If I tripled the amount I have sold in December it would be my worst December since I started selling. It’s been abominable.

Nonsense.
