It's been a hellacious month and no sales at all this week. I was just trying to search for one of my items, checking visibility, and it showed up, but as an item from an international seller. I'm a U.S. seller and I was searching on eBay.com, not an international eBay page.
I read a message board item by another ebay seller saying the same thing happened to her. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe I have no sales because search is messed up.

OP - you only have 38 items listed - many in oversaturated categories - you've had 8 sales this month so you've done quite well even with the summer slowdown.

Having the same problem with an item I listed last night and relisted this morning. Last night, the item would only show up half the time, sometimes under international sellers and sometimes under regular results, depending on me continuously re-clicking the search button. I ended and relisted it this morning thinking that may fix it (since an item I listed last night 10 minutes before this one has had no such problems) and now it's coming up 100% of the time under international sellers.
Item ID: 162635060011

tunicaslot, I only have 38 listings right now because I can't afford to list any more. I had 76 items last week in a broad range of categories and not one sale. That's absurd. I have about a 5% sell-through rate. Used to be 25%.

Everything looks normal to me. 38 listings.
And I see that you'll ship only one item to many countries, I mean the curtains.
😉

It was just something extra, what I wrote about the curtains.
I tested a title and what I saw looked good. I cannot find the gloves though, except if I use Google.

Someone asked me where I was shipping from the other day I wonder if it had anything to do with the listing not looking like I was in the U.S.?

Now I got the gloves on my screen. By clicking on one of these 3. Weird.

Happened to us intermittedly today - a search would show our listing(s) but only as an international seller. We are in the midwest of the US (always have been), so not sure what bug crawled into the eBay servers........

I also have this problem on all 4 of my accounts. This is what I have found. Please pass along to technical support maybe this will help them fix it. It appears that when I open I a new window and check for the problem listings. If it show international seller and I log off and close the window and reopen the window sometimes this fixes.
example signed on first time - yes showing international shipping. logged off closed window and
2nd time opened again same problem. logged off closed window and 3nd time opened does not show as international. Either ebay has many programs running and some of the programs you get has this problem and some not or server issue? I also noticed on the program that works after searching for my specific keywords below it shows "Results matching fewer words" when using the program that does not work it shows below "From International Seller"
Hopefully this will provide technical support more info to fix. I know if I as a seller am having this problem then buyers are having as well. The problem is buyers do not know and they are not seeing my listings because they are not going to the bottom of the page and most would not buy from international seller anyway. My sales are way down on all accounts so I know this problem is impacting sales.

Same issue here: listings showing up under international and eBay customer service oblivious to the issue.

Glad to hear it; it's so painful when no one can replicate it. It's definitely an odd problem. I listed an item before and an item after the one that is showing up as an international seller and they both are fine and dandy.
