No record of shipping label

I  noticed that a sold item is directing me to print a label and ship.

I did... Printed it through eBay,too.

I've marked it as Shipped but is there anything else  I can do as far as tracking?

Let's try going at this a different way.  Don't be so dependent on these email notifications.  Go to your

Seller Hub.  The in the ORDER box, the first option is See All Orders.  Click on that.  Locate the order you are concerned about, then click on the order number.  On that page you should see a tracking number on the right side of the form if Ebay is recognizing the shipment.

You can also go to the Payment Tab, from the drop down menu select ALL TRANSACTIONS.  On this page locate your sale and click on the order number and you should see the tracking number as described above.  From this All Transaction page you can also see your purchase of the shipping label and how much it cost you.

For me, I do not ship from Email notifications of a sale.  Too many things can happen and scam artists are quite clever and can make an email look legit.  I ONLY ship from my Seller Hub, the Order's box, the line item that says Awaiting Shipment - Print Shipping Label.  By doing it this way, you verify that the payment from the buyer has been received and it is a legit sale.
