No page views?

Has anyone else noticed the page views have disappeared, or is it just me? There are just dashes where they used to be - and it's the same on the mobiloe app too!

Alan, the data on the seller hub page has a 4 to 21 day lag.  The graph at the top of the page shows the most recent date and all the information on that page including the "details" for page views are only up to that day.  It also includes data for sold items.  These differences make it somewhat confusing and less useful than having the counters working.

I'm having same problem and the link provided by alan@ebay comes up "Page not found" when you click on it.  Come on ebay you are too large of a company to not have competant staff to address this problem.

Hi @spik666, we are working on these issues currently and will get a solution in place as soon as possible. I want to clarify that the view/watcher count this is a display issue and this is not affecting the data used to calculate your impressions. We apologize for the trouble and will be sure to add your username to our list of impacted users.

I agree here, the counters are very helpful in determining the general interest of an item from a sellers POV.

Lord knows things are slow enough in the summer, but showing no views makes it look even worse than it is.....

Please add my name as well . I've been dealing with no views for awhile now . Last Monday , one week ago  an e bay rep told me they were hoping to have it fixed by July 4th or sooner . Just two days to go and I don't see  any sign of  improvements yet . 😞  tulips

Yes this has been going on at least 2-3 weeks. You would think as much money as they take from us they could fix what seems like a small problem. A small problem that causes us much heartache.

As of today, looks like the issue has been mostly fixed - 99%, at least. The listing page now shows page views and they increase by one each time I look at the listing. However, on the Active selling page, I still see a dash until I refresh the page a couple of times, then all appears to be normal. PROGRESS!

Will eBay give store owners any kind of rebate for the frustration we've been through the last few weeks? They recently raised our subscription rate without any improvement to our tools. So, I think a FREE month or an extension of a month to our subscription would be fair.

Mine was working early this morning for the first time in weeks but now it is back to - .  No matter how many times I refresh, it is not working again.

Did Ebay fix the problem yet? My impressions were erased last week and now I have a high dollar item listed for peanuts and the impressions are showing as 1 when it should be at least 50 by now! I think that ebay is turning on and turning off the visibilaty of listings right after they receive auction bids or watchers on auction listings....thats what it looks like........games, games, games.

I noticed this as well. As soon as I listed an item and got a couple of watchers the views disappeared.
I have two selling accounts. One is currently showing views and one is not. It shows watchers, but views show 0.
I definitely think this is linked to whether the listings are visible.

My page views have been mostly absent for weeks. They reappear intermittently for an hour or so, then vanish again. They are not there today again.
