No new views on items, something is wrong

I see no new views on items even my own aren't counted. It happened after this notification of "return policy". I gave all items possibility of return using bulk update. This seems to work but no new views on items now so i suspect visibility of listings is impaired.

The number of views is not showing up. Also my store header color is not what I have set.

Yes, the views have been broken since the begining of the week. Glitch time again!!!

It is just a glitch. 

One of listings has 7 watchers, but states 0 views.

For the past two weeks my view counter vanishes on refresh and often shows no views now, eBay submitted a ticket to the tech team to look into it. How can we understand our item performance when we have no idea how many times it's viewed? Worse is the new Visit Shop layout. When I visit shop on eBay USA 200 of my listings are missing. Worse is every location reveals a different number of items being seen around the globe. I should have 250 listings. South America shows 183. USA shows only 57. Someone said they only sited 8 listings on eBay Oz. I complained to eBay again given to the tech team to look into with no idea what is going on. This is why sales are down lately. If I have 250 listings they should be showing all the listgings in my non excluded ship to locations. Guess what the system is hiding listings, sales are being lost! No one at eBay can help.

I have also stopped viewings and track are added,it's just a glitch in the system and will soon solve the problem

EBay statistics inaccurate, search broken, impressions issues since start of 2018!

Thanks, on a funny note one of my listings has no views and minus 1 watchers (-1).

Try refreshing the page. 

Most of the time when I don't see views just -- I refresh the page and they show up. Sometimes it takes  one or two times.

This may help until ebay works out they're glitch.

They will ? Because I called e bay  quite some time ago over the no views issue . I was told they were aware of the glitch and were working on it . They gave me a due date of July 3rd or possibly sooner for it to be resolved . So July 3rd comes and my views are back  ! great !  Today they're gone again . Tulips
