For about a week now, I have not been able to send offers to buyers on a desktop computer.
I have 3 computers I use for my business, and none of them will send an offer. I've tried clearing browser caches and history, but nothing make any difference.
The page never fully loads anymore. It does not matter what Items I try to send offers on, none work.
I usually have 50-100 items I could send offers on too.
My computers aren't ancient either, two of the three are only a few years old.
All three computers use Windows 10. I also have tried several different browsers, including Edge, but again, nothing works.
I don't see this on the Ebay known technical issues page. It's getting extremely frustrating too, I resell for a living.

Any difference if you try a private or incognito browser window? Or if you disable common add-ons in your browser?
Can you send offers using a mobile browser? Or the app?

I just sent offers today using my desk top computer, so this problem seems to be limited to your computer.

Thanks, those are all good workarounds but I was hoping that the problem could be fixed on Ebays end. I have tried 3 browsers which all worked well previously and none will work now. I did restarts on several computers, didn't do anything. Yes, I can send offers on a phone but I prefer the computer and it should be working on the computer. All of my updates are current.

Yes, fully updated.

Could be Vpn or security software issues. I sometimes have to turn off Vpn security items to access sites. Just pausing vpn did not work by itself. Review your security software set up on pc. Could be one of these.

but I was hoping that the problem could be fixed on Ebays end.
But that's still assuming the problem is on their end. And if it was, this would be a lot more talked about. I did test it, it works fine for me.
Have you tried signing out your account on the browser, then back in?
You said it works on the mobile, so obviously its not the account itself with the issue. And I find it hard to believe its a Windows 10 issue, since a LOT of people are still using it. There has to be something interfering, but to have it happen on 3 different machines also makes me scratch my head.
I don't have any real better answers for you at the moment. But here's a thought:
If you have the option to run a hotspot from your cell, try connecting one of the computers to that instead of its current internet. See if that magically fixes anything.
You could also try powering down the network the computer(s) are connected to and rebooting your modem/router/switches, etc. Also check for any camera security systems. I have had issues with one that would goof up and break things on my network till I restarted it.
Again, if it were a site issue, a LOT more people would be here posting about it. Or at least I would hope they would. And you already know its not an account problem. So... Something is causing it.

I don't use a VPN or any security programs other than an antivirus scanner that I've been using for years.
Nothing has changed with any of it lately that I am aware of.

Yes, I know it's working for many other people.
But if it's happening out of the blue on 3 separate computers, it feels like something that's not on my end.
I don't run any security programs or VPNs either, just an occasional antivirus scan.
I don't have a cellular hotspot unfortunately.
I hadn't thought to reset my modem, I'll try that shortly and see if it helps.

Resetting my modem unfortunately did nothing. I'm out of options on my end.
To reiterate, the following have all been tried or checked:
* Windows 10 updates are current
* Cookies and browsing history deleted
* Modem reset
* Tried 3 different Windows 10 computers and 3 different browsers
* Multiple Restarts
Nothing is working. I don't know what else to try but it's very frustrating.

From doing further google searching, it seems this is not an isolated issue, with numerous sellers discussing this problem in the past year on the eBay community forums.

I have that problem, but I'm using a MB Air from mid-2012 and Chrome isn't updating any more. So it's not a windows thing.
In the app it works normally.
