No combine shipping option

its not allowing me to click print shipping labels or anything. Same buyer bought two orders of the same thing

If they paid individually just do the label for both from one item then copy & paste the tracking number to the other item.

Check off the ones you want to combine.

Under more actions, click print shipping label.

Next screen choose print shipping label.

A screen will pop up with the items to be combined. Combine them, click close.

Choose your service and weight for the single package and print your label.

It wont let me click "more actions" when I select them

Can you try a different browser to see if it`s a temporary glitch?

My way works, but personally if they bought the exact same item twice I'd be asking them if they meant to buy 2.

I have no doubt it works but the OP seems to be having the problem that everything they try to click is non-clickable at the moment unless I`m not understanding the issue. If I`m misunderstanding my bad.

That`s weird. Anytime stuff like this happens to me I 1st try to clean cache/cookies and if that doesn`t work try a different browser. If that doesn`t work I sign out and reboot and try again. It`s the only way I can ever isolate the issue to see if it`s on ebays end or mine. I did check the shipping and tech boards and found nothing on the issue. I wish I could help.

Tbh I usually find that if they've paid separately it won't let me "combine" them when printing the label.

I vaguely recall it allowing it way back when. Most likely something ebay changed at some time
