No buttons to submit counteroffer or accept offer

I got an offer for one of my items I sell. Before it was easy - you click at the link, you can choose accept, decline ot submit counteroffer. I click at the link and I see nothing, no links, no buttons to accept, decline, counteroffer, I cannot respond at all. Am I doing something wrong or I don't look at the right place, van anybody help, please?

I have read on one of the boards recently that even if the "respond" or "accept" button does not show in the message, if you click around where the button is normally located, you should be able to trigger the correct link, allowing you to proceed. Might be worth a try.

Also you can try reloading that message in another browser to see if that helps.

Took me forever to find it.  There is no button.  On the left of your screen where the buyer information is, just click somewhere on that entire area and you'll get the response screen.  Brilliant move on ebay programmers behalf.

Thank you, but I'm not trying from a message but from the eBay page. I click on Manage offers and it shows the same page, no links. Maybe it was moved somewhere, and I cannot find it?

Thanks for posting this. I was about to give up and simply ignore the offer, which would have been a lost sale for me. I thought eBay was trying to "help" sellers with making more sales so why this sudden change with no explanations from eBay?....

and i thought it was just me ... 😛
i found that if i click on the item itself .. then the offer on the top i can respond to the offer.

I've been having the same problem . Takes awhile to work around  but finally was able to respond . I wonder if they're doing this on purpose  or its just another glitch in the system ? Beats me - Tulips
