Went to reduce a customers invoice and it is not available...using laptop...just did last week. No email available in PayPal just ebay blind address. Is there an invoice work around...I don't want a hanging chad of a partial refund on the item?

In seller hub go to waiting for payment. There is a drop down menu...click send invoice.
