I would like to appeal your decision about an undelivered item. This customer started complaining early that this item was not received on time and requested a refund. If you check the Tracking # now it is saying it was delivered or picked up April 29th. It is a P O Box address. Thank you, shopsandyscorner

You will have to file an appeal to eBay. Here is the link on how to do that:
Make sure before you open teh appeal that you have the info listed for the appeal.
