Went to list some items from my schedule list and there is No Start Time In the edit menu. Is this a clinched or is eBay now going to make us listed one item at a time so we can't keep items in our schedule list anymore for future listings. Thanks

I also want to know the answer to this. It's very disruptive to my workflow.

Had the same issue tonight. Had to edit each one by one to start them when I wanted them to run. Perhaps we should be using the "Draft" function?

Yes, any listing you start, when you get to the bottom of the listing page you may choose "save as draft", which you may resume at any time. If you have several drafts you can list them in bulk by choosing some or all of them.

Try this link:
https://k2b-bulk.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ListingConsole¤tpage=LCScheduled
When you edit the scheduled listings from here you get a different user interface when you use the page that is now linked to from the Schedule option under Listings: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/scheduled
I found this link in an old thread: https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/Unable-to-reschedule-my-scheduled-listings/m-p/30013414

If I understand what you are saying, if you have 25 listings scheduled for a future date, you can't edit them all at once for another time or date. One can however edit them one at a time. That's the only solution I have found. I know it's not ideal but I hope it helps.

This link works perfectly!! Thank you!! It is VERY time consuming to try and start 50+ listings one at a time when you just want them spaced out by minutes. I appreciate your information. Cheers!
