No Longer Receiving SALE CONFIRMED Emails as of 3/20/19

The last Sale Confirmed email we received was at 5:39pm PST yesterday. None of our sales after that time have resulted in the email. Is this an intentional change? We were using these emails to keep track of inventory counts prior to relisting the items.

Happened to me yesterday on my selling account also. PayPal payment notification was what told me an item sold. Dunno if things are working good as of today.

This has been going on for me since Friday or Saturday. I'm only receiving e-mail notifications for 1 in every 6 or so sales.

I was seeing the same thing (obviously, for my selling ID, not this posting ID). Thank goodness for PayPal emails.

Eliminated all the possibilities on my side and with eBay account settings. This may be coincidental and unrelated, but just in case: the only change to communications that I'd made before the problem started was I'd unsubscribed some of my saved searches. Added a saved search back, and I've been receiving all sales emails since then. (Yes, it's weird.)

Thanks for the workaround- I guess I will try removing and re-adding saved searches. I haven't touched saved searches in months though.

Me too. No email from eBay but you should be getting one from PayPal.

I've gotten this reported and added everyone here to the open ticket. Not sure why this happened so suddenly but hoping for a speedy resolution!

The same for me too.    Also , when I list an item, I no longer get to see if I am going to be charged or not.  I have to go to the seller hub to see if I still have free listings.  I'm lucky if I get an email when the item posts.  Sometimes, I get it hours later.

Probably worth noting that we are still getting ALL our other eBay emails (listing confirmations, message notices, bulk labels, downloadcenter notifications, and our billing notice all came through yesterday.) It's ONLY the Sale Confirmed emails. Thanks!

I received 8 new sale e-mails in my box this morning, but I did not receive back e-mails from sales Saturday - Thursday. Unfortunately it appears to be a go-forward fix. I really wish I could get those back notifications- I use my e-mail as the fastest way to search and reference past sales on a daily basis.

I am rarely on ebay. I began selling a few of my mom's items (who passed away) in Aug. I have only sold 4 things so I have not changed any settings. Today I get an email that paypal placed a hold on some funds. Lo and behold, I had a sale today. NO email from Ebay and no notifcation even on my app on my phone. I totally would have missed this if not for a hold being placed. 

What have you all discovered worked to getting emails regarding sales working again?
