No Cover Photo Option

Hi all, thanks for any direction here. There is no cover photo option in my "Edit Profile" section. How can I add a cover photo?

I'm going through the same problem you went through, please tell me how to resolve the situation described above, as I've been solving the problem for hours and I can't.

Your issue is very different @art-inup . There is a site error that started yesterday regarding profile images and about page info. I suggest posting to one of the newer threads instead of one that's a couple years old.

As mentioned above @jkcustomdesigns - banner images are only available to sellers that pay for a Store subscription.
