Nice try ebay

I’ve sold thru gsp for a year now, no issues til 4 days ago. Buyer claims no receipt of item. USPS shows delivered. eBay removes the funds out of my account but doesn’t send me notifications of any kind. If I want to view the dispute I have to log on to eBay U.K. but I don’t have an acct there. Now cs is saying I got it back already. I’m like No, I didn’t. Now waiting for appeals to check. I’m going to uncheck gsp n global shipping altogether now. I’m not paying for upcoming the Holiday scams that will inevitably be seen in the next few weeks. If u want to let them keep the items n ur money that’s your business, I do not. Anyone else experience this?

Update: eBay denied my first refund n appeals had to manually process it. Now I wait 5-7 days for my $40....yay

We wont touch GSP with a 500ft pole or someone elses 500ft pole either.   Best regards

If you have an eBay account on ANY eBay site your account is valid on EVERY eBay site.

Disputes originate on whatever eBay site the item is purchased on, a UK buyer who finds and buys your item on the UK site must open a claim on that site under the policies specific to that site.
