I know this can be annoying, but it really is in your best interest to comply.  It is your choice.  Since you have been paid you can ship the item out, but that certainly doesn't mean the buyer is going to keep it.  If they don't want it, they will file for a Return and that is just more work and more money for you to spend.  So it is best to just comply.

You do the cancellation in Ebay.  Select the reason as the customer requested it and it will not negatively impact your account.  Just follow the process on your screen.  Make sure you refund them right away.  Ebay will then process the refund for the FVFs too.  In PayPal you will be refunded all your fees less the 30 cent transaction fee.  PP always keeps that.  But it is a small price to pay to not have to deal with a return.

I'm not sure what you are saying here.  What reason did you give when you filed the cancellation?  If you selected that the buyer requested it, your Ebay fees should have been refunded.  If they weren't call Ebay and get the credit applied to your account.

Also why is ebay requiring you to pay your fees before you can list another listing?  Typically Ebay bills sellers once a month and then you have about 15 days to pay.  Is your account set up differently?

Cancel with reason that buyer requested.  You will get your fees back.

Re: Newbie ask - Buyer wants me to cancel BIN for him after paying

Thanks sir, problem solved. I directly cancel due to buyer want cancellation. No ads fee as ebay refunded it too.

My first time cancelation was i mistakenly submit item has shipped, not cancel it immediately. When i mark to cancel order, just the item fee was refunded. Ads credit was credited to my acc. My bad 😅
