Hello,
I opened up a store yesterday and created store categories before I started listing, and as needed while listing. I use SixBit and was transferring some of my inventory from another store to the new one.
Anyway, the problem is that the store categories I created in eBay's manage my store aren't showing (and they all have at least one item in them). There's only the eBay "other." When I look at a listing in SixBit, the proper store category is chosen for the item. When I look at a listing in eBay's revise form, they're all in "other."
I thought it might just take a while for the store categories to show, but it's been several hours now, and with the discrepancy between SixBit and eBay (when looking at the revise form) I'm afraid there might be a problem.
If there are any SixBit users reading this, does it take awhile for the items to move from "other" to the category selected in SixBit or are they stuck in "other"? I'm wondering if there's a problem with that field in SixBit? I can't remember if there was a lag in my other account, but I don't think I experienced any problems with categories in that store.
Thanks...

I'm a SixBit user but I don't currently have a Store and when I did I always used eBay Categories.
Keeping that in mind......
I found this in the SixBit documentation, can't hurt to try

Thank you! Actually I had managed to find that information after I posted and was just coming back here to say it's resolved now.
I synchronized then "revised" each listing without actually changing anything and the categories updated. Now after looking at the information again from your post, maybe the listings would have updated after the synchronization without me "revising" each one. It's way past my bedtime so I'm not thinking so clearly now.
Thanks again.
