So after hearing about this new free returns policy. I have to say this. eBay why would you force us to pay for buyers remorse returns or lose our 10% discount and search result rank? It's like tying sellers to a chair, telling them that youll cut them lose if you pay for shipping back to you even if buyers remorse. Or don't and just cut sellers slowly until sellers companies bleed out.
you guys keep stating that its our option to do so. You reprimend us for not agreeing with your policy if we don't implement it. You're allowing peole to rent product for 30 days, and return. and we have to pay them to rent our product?
You then say we can charge a fee if comes back in different condition or not as we sent. But that won't work, because they will just goto paypal, and get the money back.
Where is the Plus side to this? eBay rep has said they need to bring in buyers.... but who's going to buy if the sellers just move the majority of all the inventory that matters elsewhere? everything left on ebay is just the small cheap products and all the popular good stuff will be elsewhere, e.g. amazon...
