About 10 days ago EBay seems to have a new format for iOS. I have used my iPhone exclusively for my computer work, including eBay for the past 6 years.

This new format is a disaster! I can’t list an item; it says eBay doesn’t know what my address is. I can’t find where in settings to reinstall my address (hasn’t changed in 6 years). I can’t find sold item prices. I can’t find my own items anyway nearly as easily as before. Navigation is nearly impossible. I can’t find a telephone number for a human. This may be the end after 21 years.

Don't look for a phone number. You would need to have ebay call you (scroll to the bottom of any ebay page and click help & contact/contact us. Wade thru options untill you find the one to have ebay call you.)

I have Android but they want you to download the app that's why the mobile format has disappeared. There's no longer a mobile format just desktop format to make it as difficult as possible to use on a phone. I hate that cynicism and manipulation so I'm not using eBay much at all now. Why do these large companies eventually shoot themselves in the corporate foot? I suspect it's corporate arrogance.

To be honest there are other ways to buy and sell. Just use websites which respect the customers who want to use them.
